Asking Protection In Islam
Course Overview
This uplifting short course is your guide to building a calm, protected heart through the practice of Taʿawwuz—seeking refuge in Allah. Centered on the theme “Asking Protection in Islam,” it explores the meaning and wisdom of saying Aʿūdhu billāhi minaʾsh-shayṭāniʾr-rajīm, why we begin tilāwah with it before Bismillāh, and how this simple, powerful phrase becomes a daily shield for the mind and soul. You’ll learn how to recognize harmful whispers, turn anxiety into reliance (tawakkul), and weave authentic adhkār and duʿās into school, home, and online life. Designed to replace fear with clarity and strengthen faith-driven habits, the course equips you with language, intention, and routines that keep you spiritually safe and mentally steady.
By the end, you will:
- Understand the meanings, reasons, and benefits of Taʿawwuz.
- Practice short, reliable duʿās for protection in everyday moments.
- Build a simple “protection plan” you can use morning to night.
