2. The amount cannot be adjusted against any future course.
3. The amount cannot be held in our account for your future use.

This policy is due to certain legal and accounting requirements applicable to Ta’meer as a tax-paying institution.

Therefore, any amount deposited mistakenly into our accounts will be treated as Sadaqah and will not be available for refund, adjustment, or future holding.
