Unwid Fear & Distress

Course Overview

This uplifting short course is your guide to unwinding fear and distress by slowing racing thoughts and steadying difficult emotions. Know how to manage stress sits at the heart of the journey, centered on the theme “Calm the heart, clarify the mind.” You will see how the Qur’an, authentic adhkar, and purposeful du‘a help you notice what triggers anxiety, pause before reacting, and return to trust in Allah with practical routines you can use at school, at home, and online. You will learn to name and reframe tangled feelings, reconnect with purpose through your strengths and weaknesses, and build gentle habits that protect your focus and restore energy. Designed for women and girls who want faith-anchored tools that truly fit daily life, the course equips you with simple language, intention, and step-by-step practices to feel spiritually safe, mentally steady, and confident that you know how to manage stress.

By the end, you will:

  • Understand how emotions work and how they shape daily choices.
  • Use brief, reliable du‘as and adhkar to ease anxiety and protect attention.
  • Build a personal calm plan for morning, study time, family time, and night.
